I know this is delayed, but I'm posting this because Alex has demanded it be saved. So:
"Alexander McQueen wasn't a designer who made dresses for you to wear out. He made dresses for you to exhibit. He was an artist first and foremost, and everything he made, while capable of being worn, was designed to drape on the female form like canvas was meant to wrap around a frame. I do truly miss that man, and wish he were still with us to brighten this world with his creations. We needed more fearless, talented, and deeply artistic people with us here on earth.
